Each new customer is required to bring their pet in for an evaluation with one of our experienced Canine Handlers.

An interview will be conducted upon arrival and can take anywhere between 15-30 minutes. This will be the parents opportunity to share the history, personality, social skills, and temperament of their pet.

Evals are done Monday-Saturday.

Drop-Off times for evaluations are:

Monday-Friday Between 7:30am and 10am

Saturday 8:30am and 10am

Pick-Up is before or by 1pm

Once the interview process is completed, your dog will be taken out into the yard where one of our handlers will interact with them one on one.

This gives us insight to your pets level of understanding when being given commands.

They are then introduced to a few of our Zoomies ambassador dogs; an important step in the process to help us see how your pet will react towards another dog.

If the interaction goes well, your pet will be implemented into the yard that suits them best!

If there are signs of aggression or the pet exudes unsafe behaviors, they will fail their evaluation and not be eligible for group play.

Each pet is a special case and discussions can be had to determine what the next steps are for your fur baby.
